…now crashes on start-up in IOS 9!

Flippin Good Cycling App

What I found really neat is how the App calculated the speed I went on all parts of my route! Perfect for time trials, accurate readings (though you burn less calories than what the app tells you), and an overall great interface. Keep the updates coming guys!

Fabulicious!!!

If your are an avid cyclist or just a casual coaster, this app will please exceedingly!!

Great app for cyclist

I downloaded this app a couple of weeks ago and have used it everyday. Its a great tool to have to help keep track of your distance and routes you traveled. Thanks for this great app.

It does what I need it to do

I am just getting back into cycling and wanted a simple to use but utilitarian app to track my rides, measure speed and distance, and estimate calories burned. I chose this app based on reviews and ratings, and am glad I did. It does just what I need it to do, and is a bargain at the price. Thanks for a great app.

Great app

Great app simple to use and does what it needs best out there

GPS Cycle Computer (1.0)

I did some research before choosing which cycle app to purchase and based upon price and features, this one won out over the competition. Id been using an older dedicated GPS unit before and this app and my phone seem to be just as accurate. So far, Ive been very pleased with my purchase.

Just what i need

This app is great. I tested the free version first and I decided to buy.

Love this APP! Easy to use

Love it!

Great app.

Great app. The only thing I would like to see is cadence and heart rate sensor compatible.

Disappointed

I had previously written a review giving this app 4 stars because I thought it seemed pretty cool and had a lot of potential. Since then, Ive become disenchanted with the app for not addressing a few big issues. First, there is still no way to manually enter ride info. If you dont have your phone on a ride or forget to start the app before you go, theres no way to enter in your ride info later. Secondly, even though I purchased the supposedly ad-free paid edition, I am still bombarded with pop up notifications early every time I use this app that prompt me to buy dumb apps for children. Seriously?? I emailed the developer about this a while ago and he said hed fix it. That was quite a few months ago. I guess its just not a priority to him. I think Ill start my search for a replacement cycling app.

Maybe, Maybe Not...Hmmm

At first I thought how cool. I downloaded it and couldnt wait to try it out. I started the app & went for a bike ride to learn about 2 miles later the app didnt even start. For the life of me I couldnt figure out what the problem was. Each time the app loaded, it said something to the effect "Location capabilities" have been disabled. And if I wanted it turned on, go to settings. I learned there was no such feature, so I ended up deleting the app and reinstalled it. Problem solve. Once reinstalled all the feature settings were present, unlike before. The only thing I did differently the second time is that I allowed the app to use my current location. Please note: Failure to do so makes the app useless. I still havent actually tested it yet. Is it worth it? Maybe, maybe not.

Bad app better sports tracker!

giving false information even more than 100 calories more than you need and missing mass function, pause, better map and more...

So so

Biggest problem I have is that in the speed overlay to the route, it says my speed it the highest. Obviously that cant be right, and throws off top speed tracking. There are also holes in the graphs where in guessing it lost the gps signal. Should interpolate these areas based an speed and time before and after signal loss.

Potential

Good interface. I like the features. The issues are in the data. Tells me Ive climbed over 300 miles in a 9 mile ride. Maybe a rise in meters or feet? One day my commute is 9 miles the next time 4.5. The map is great, cool to see my speed but it is fairly obvious that the colors are switched. Says Im going slowest on downhill stretches. Ill try it again after the next update.

Decent, not great

Pro: -Decent, clean, functional, and intuitive interface. -Many good features. Con: -Calories are off by 60-75% typically. Ive compared to several online calculators. -Elevation data is not clear. It says its in "mi". I assume this is miles which makes no sense; there is no explanation otherwise in the app. Also difficult to discern hills; chart looks essentially flat. -App icon is twee and obnoxious imho. Would like to see: -Line-graph option for charts. -Overlay for charts.

Needs Background Location

Please add background location to improve user experience.

Good simple and functional.

- app is very user friendly and simple to use.

My go too

I have 4 of these type apps , although the least sofictacaded its my go too

Worked great in the beginning

Downloaded a year ago or so. Worked great, could play music from my library, loved it during bike rides etc, but now just crashes the very instant I try to open it. So gave up and deleted it.
